bitchat

The real app is an iPhone and Mac chat app that talks to nearby phones over Bluetooth mesh, no internet or accounts needed.

This is a fan-made pretend version, not the real app. Everything runs on this page with fake data. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Try it

You are in the #mesh channel with 3 pretend phones nearby. Type a message, or try /nick NewName, /who, /help or /clear. Replies show up at the end of the message list after a second or two.

All credit for the real apps goes to their creators. This page has none of their code, just my own tiny imitation.
